What data we process
Account data (name, e-mail, phone, language), company and verification data, the content of listings and chat messages, and technical data — IP address, device and browser information, cookies and access logs.
Purposes of processing
Registration and account operation, publishing and displaying listings, exchanging messages, moderation and security, prevention of fraud and abuse, user support, and improvement of the service.
Legal bases
Processing is carried out on the basis of the user's consent, the necessity of performing the contract (user agreement), and the platform's legitimate interests in ensuring the security and operation of the service.
Retention periods
Profile data is kept while the account is active; access logs for about 12 months; the moderation activity log (audit) for up to 3 years; chat correspondence for up to 5 years to resolve disputes and handle complaints, unless otherwise required by law.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with infrastructure providers (hosting, e-mail delivery) acting on our instructions, as well as in response to a legitimate legal requirement.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as to withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Your profile can be edited in your account, and account deletion is available on request at info@agronom.biz.
Security and incidents
We apply organizational and technical measures to protect data. In the event of an incident that threatens users' rights, we aim to notify the affected individuals and the competent authority within 72 hours.
