Platform status
agronom.biz is an informational B2B platform (a listings aggregator) that helps agricultural market participants find each other. The service is not a party to any deal, does not act as an intermediary, agent, seller or buyer, does not accept payments, does not hold funds and does not arrange delivery.
Acceptance of the terms
By registering and using the service, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy, agree to them, and have the right to enter into deals in their jurisdiction.
Account and access
The user is responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for all activity within their account. A confirmed e-mail is required to publish listings; certain categories require additional verification.
User responsibility
The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of listings, documents, prices and contact details, for the quality and legality of the goods, for compliance with applicable law, and for verifying the counterparty before entering into a deal.
Acceptable use
It is prohibited to publish inaccurate information, third-party documents or prohibited goods, to send spam, or to attempt to bypass moderation or security measures. Detailed requirements are set out in the Posting Rules.
Moderation and blocking
The platform may moderate, hide or remove listings, restrict or block accounts, and request supporting documents in case of complaints, fraud risk or rule violations — with no guarantee that any counterparty or product is "safe".
Intellectual property
By posting content, the user confirms that they hold the rights to it and grants the platform the right to display that content as part of the service's operation. Rights to the design and software of the service belong to the platform.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". The platform does not guarantee that deals will be concluded or performed, and is not liable for losses arising from relationships between users.
Changes and contacts
These Terms may be updated; in the event of material changes, the user will be asked to confirm their agreement again. Questions can be sent to info@agronom.biz. This document is an MVP template and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before public launch.
