The "verification ≠ guarantee" principle
Verification and trust badges reduce risks but do not guarantee a counterparty's good faith or the quality of the goods. Always carry out the final check yourself before paying.
Communicate in the platform chat
Conduct correspondence and record agreements in the built-in chat. This preserves the history and helps a moderator investigate in the event of a complaint. Be cautious if you are rushed to switch to another messenger.
Do not rush into prepayment
The most common fraud scenario is an urgent prepayment at a "bargain" price. Do not transfer money without verifying the payment details, documents and authority of the contact person.
Verify documents and the company
Request documents for the batch and the company, cross-check payment and registration details, and pay attention to verification badges and the counterparty's reputation.
Risk signals
An unusually low price, pressure and urgency, refusal to provide documents, last-minute changes to payment details, and a request to move communication out of the chat are all reasons to stop the deal.
How to report a problem
Use the "Report" button on the listing card or in the chat — the moderator will receive the context. For urgent safety matters, write to info@agronom.biz.
